Check the Library Catalog to see if we own the book you want to read. Look for the following icons:
You can borrow any book in the Library that isn't marked "Reserve - Circulation Desk." Find the book in the Catalog, click "Request," and select "Distance Program Non SLIS West" as your pickup location. We'll mail the book to your home.
If you see "Reserve - Circulation Desk" in the Catalog, we won't be able to mail you the book. Contact the Library to see if we can help you find a copy at a library near you.
To borrow books that the Library don't come up in the Catalog, log into your Interlibrary Loan account and submit a book request. We'll have the book mailed to your home.
We know that textbooks are expensive, so we do our best to help you keep costs down. It's not feasible for the Library to mail out physical textbooks, but we do purchase e-textbooks whenever possible. If we don't have your textbook electronically, request that we purchase a copy. Not every e-book is available to libraries, but we'll do our best!
